Engr. Nestor E. De Jesus Jr. is a Mechanical Engineer, a 2021 graduate of MIT, with over 25 years of professional experience in manufacturing, engineering design, construction, operations, procurement, and corporate management. He has held senior roles with LG Electronics, Toyota TRP, and the Villar Group, including leadership positions in engineering, operations, project management, and EHSS.
He is the President and Principal Engineer of NDJ CMEPS Engineering Services since 2002 and has been actively involved in professional engineering organizations since 2006. He served as Chartering President and President of the PSIM and PSME Makati Chapters from 2021 to 2023, was Treasurer in 2024, External Vice President in 2025, and currently serves as the 2026 PSIM National President.

Engr. Vic Ramon A. Bueno is a mining and aggregates professional with over a decade of experience across Asia, specializing in crushing & screening equipment and operational excellence. A proud graduate of the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he also pursued a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with vocational studies in Automotive Engineering Technology (Heavy Equipment Services & Management) and Advanced Military Science from the same institution.
Vic has distinguished himself as a student leader, industry contributor, and community builder—serving in key roles such as PSIM National Secretary (2026) and Vice President for NCR (2024).

Engr. Eleazar L. Catalan, a Professional Mechanical Engineer has earned his degree in Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1996 at the University of the Visayas in Cebu City.
An ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) and member of the Association of Heating, Ventilating Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Specialists, Inc. (AHVARSI).
In 2024, he has served as Board of Director of the Pambansang Samahan Ng Inhenyero Mekanikal (PSIM) Makati Chapter for National Affairs and was appointed as Deputy Vice President for NCR South Sector. He was the Technical Committee Chairman during the 4th PSIM National Convention and he is now in his 2nd term as the National Treasurer of the Pambansang Samahan Ng Inheyero Mekanikal (PSIM).

Engr. Curtler C. Paquibot, PME is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 19 years of progressive leadership experience in the power generation and energy sector, specializing in diesel power plants and hydroelectric power plants. His experience spans plant operations, maintenance management, and project execution, reflecting a steady progression from hands-on technical roles to senior leadership positions. He demonstrates strong competence in reliability engineering, asset management, electro-mechanical systems, and large-scale project delivery.
He currently serves as Project Manager at ANDRITZ/Philippine Hydro Projects, Inc., where he leads the execution of hydroelectric power projects, overseeing technical strategy, risk and opportunity management, contractual compliance, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination. Prior to this role, he held critical leadership positions including Operations and Maintenance Supervisor at Therma Mobile Inc. (Aboitiz Power), managing multidisciplinary teams, maintenance programs for power generation facilities.
Parallel to his professional career, Engr. Paquibot has built a strong and sustained leadership track within PSIM. He is elected as PSIM National Vice President – NCR for 2026, previously served as PSIM National Secretary (2024), and was Chapter President of PSIM CAMANAVA (2022–2023). Through these roles, he has actively contributed to organizational governance, chapter development, member engagement, and the advancement of professional standards for mechanical engineers nationwide.
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Engr. Paquibot advocates continuous improvement, engineering excellence, and strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Engr. Eusebio A. Timario Jr. “Jun” is a multi-awarded Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME PRC No. 004890), ASEAN, ACPE, and APEC Engineer with over 35 years of expertise in safety management and oil depot operations, notably serving as Terminal Manager at Petron Corporation (1989–2021). A three-time Outstanding Mechanical Engineer (TOME) awardee under PSME/PSIM for Management, Safety, and Community Service, he continues to advance occupational safety and health as an OSH Resource Speaker and Consultant for DOLE–OSHC, and as an Engineering and Safety Consultant for critical industry projects such as Petron’s LPG &Jet Fuel Tanks Construction.
He was recently elected as the Vice President for the Visayas Region (2026), serves as Deputy Vice President for Western Visayas Region (2025), and Past President of the PSIM Iloilo Chapter (2024), under the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal (PSIM). Recognized as the Outstanding Member – Visayas, PSIM (2025), Engr. Engr. Francis Louie “Cocoy” Cabalic Rosete is an Overseas Filipino Professional based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila (now Mapua University), where he ranked 10th among 72 graduates.
Engr. Cocoy Rosete is a Professional Mechanical Engineer, PSIM Fellow Awardee, and an active member of various professional organizations and Filipino community groups. His affiliations include PSIM, Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineers (ACPE), ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO), Project Management Institute (PMI-PMP), Chartered Quality Institute – International Register of Certificated Auditors (QCI-IRCA), Lean Six Sigma, PGBI, PPO-CRSA, PCEA-KSA, and AFPEK-KSA. He has demonstrated leadership in his field, serving as the Y2025 Overall Committee Chairman for the PSIM 2nd International Mechanical Engineers’ Conference (PIMEC), Y2022 Charter Board of Trustees of PSIM KSA, and currently holds the position of PSIM National Vice President International for 2026.
Engr. Cocoy Rosete is currently employed as the Senior MEPF Quality Lead at EL SEIF Engineering Contracting Co. with more than Seventeen (17) years’ of diverse experience in Project Management, Total Quality and EPC Engineering –Design – Procurement – Construction industry. `
Joey Alvic M. Baysa, 52 years old and a resident of 163 Saavedra Ext. Brgy. Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City. A dedicated Professional Mechanical Engineer for 28 years. He finished his Bachelor’s Degree at the age of 21 in Western Mindanao State University – Main Campus.
He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer for 28 years with expertise in Mechanical Design, HVAC, Fire Protection, Water and Waste Water Treatment. Proven leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Passionate about people and work.
He was elected in 2023 as the President of PSIM-ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA CHAPTER. He is working as Managing Director of his own company Ecomech Engineering Products and Services for more than 11 years.
Engr. Loleny C. Nicor is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) with 17 years of extensive experience in the construction, operations, and maintenance of Biomass Power Plants. His career is marked by hands-on technical leadership, project execution, and operational optimization across various renewable energy facilities in the Philippines.
In recognition of his professional leadership and service to the Mechanical Engineering community, Engr. Nicor served as President of the PSIM – Negros Island Chapter in 2023.
Currently, Engr. Nicor works as a full-time consultant for a company developing Waste-to-Energy (WTE) projects in the Philippines, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance in project development, engineering evaluation, and implementation of sustainable waste management and power generation solutions.
