Our purpose is to integrate the professionals of one discipline into one national organization and unite all practitioners to advance the arts and science of Mechanical Engineering, the allied Arts and Sciences and related human factors for the benefit of the general public.
Our Vision
The Pambansang Samahan Ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc, or PSIM, a national organization of Mechanical Engineers aspire to become the best provider of services to its members for them to become excellent performers in the mechanical engineering profession, valuable technology contributors to national development, protecting the environment and natural resources, and effective channels of global technology transfer.
Our Mission
As members of the Pambansang Samahan Ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc. or PSIM, we are committed to render professional services to our clients, employers, the community and to the general public, upholding the highest integrity of the profession and contributing to the social, economic and wellbeing of our country. We will adhere to the principles of sustainable and continuous improvement in the practice of our profession through research and global technology transfer, specializations in different fields and branches of mechanical engineering through training programs and activities to enhance career path progression for PME, ACPE, ASEAN Engineer and APEC Engineer, other international qualification standards and accreditations, and pursue PRC AIPO accreditation. We shall foster fellowship and cooperation among Mechanical Engineers, and collaboration with other allied science and engineering professionals and shall provide total service satisfaction to our members, our stakeholders and the public in general.
