Engr. Joel A. Mendez, also known by his initials JAM, has earned his bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Xavier University – ATENEO DE CAGAYAN. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) Certified by the ASEAN Monitoring Committee on Engineering Services of the Philippines (AMCESP). He is a Filipino businessman engaged in Mechanical Engineering Design, Installation and Consultancy. He is the Owner and Principal Engineer of MCS Engineering, with various projects in Mall, Commercial Buildings and Healthcare Services for Project Management, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Fire Protection Systems, Interior Fit Out and Renovation. He is the National-Executive Vice President, National-CPD Managing Officer and National Convention Chairman Y2023 of the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc (PSIM). He was the Project Manager of Asian Eye Institute (a Lopez Group Company) for Eye Clinic Project Expansion and was a PME Consultant at St. Luke’s Medical Center at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

Engr. Jerome G. Lisay

National Secretary

Engr. Jerome G. Lisay is the proud owner of JG Lisay Construction and is engaged in consultancy, design and building engineering projects. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Era University. He is a Registered Master Plumber and a Professional Mechanical Engineer as well. His extensive knowledge in engineering project management came from his experience in the early years of his career. Engr. Lisay can build relationships and work in teams.

Engr. Raul B. Catapang

National Treasurer

Engr. Raul B. Catapang attained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sto. Tomas. He is the President and Owner of CATZ Engineering Services which is engaged in the design, consultancy and project management for Fire Protection Engineering, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, and MEPFS Designs. Engr. Catapang is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and is a consultant for various commercial, industrial and manufacturing industries. He served in his town as a Barangay Councilman of Barangay Concepcion Dos, Marikina City from the late 90s until today. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Marikina North, Knights of Columbus, Council 6681 and the Neighborhood Watch Philippines Inc.

Engr. Feliciana P. Jacoba

National Auditor

Engr. Feliciana P. Jacoba is an accomplished Educator. She attained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology in Cabanatuan City where she received the honor of Suma Cum Laude. She has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Education and Doctorate Degree from the same university. Engr. Jacoba now serves as the State University and College President of her alma mater. Engr. Jacoba actively supports government and non-government organizations. She is the Chair of the Multi-Sectoral Governance Council of Dr. Paulio J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center, a member of the Regional Crisis Management Team of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office III, the Chair of the Multi-Sectoral Advisory Board of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Special Operations Command, etc.

Engr. Antonieto P. Flores

VP for Visayas Region

Engr. Antonieto P. Flores is a product of the University of San Jose-Recoletos where he got his two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. He attained his Master of Science in Management Engineering at his alma mater as well. He further studied and achieve his degree in Master of Science Teaching, majoring in Mathematics at the University of Cebu. Later on, he got his Doctor in Management, majoring in Human Resources Management at the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Engr. Flores is a Professional Mechanical Engineer who held numerous administrative positions in his alma mater. He held the position of the Dean of the College of Engineering as well. Engr. Flores Engr. Flores is a recipient of various awards such as the Outstanding Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow awardee among others.

Engr. Roberto E. Sollano

VP for Mindanao Region

Engr. Roberto E. Sollano is a graduate of the University of Mindanao, Davao City. He is a Consultant to the Bearing Center and Machinery Inc. He is the National Vice President for Mindanao.

Engr. Edsel G. Anyayahan

VP for South Luzon Region

Engr. Edsel G. Anyayahan is a graduate of the Colegio de San Juan de Letran – Calamba where he got his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has also taken his secondary Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Laguna State Polytechnic University – Sta. Cruz Campus. He furthered his education and took his Master of Science in Environmental Management and Doctor of Engineering Management from the Philippine Women’s University and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, respectively. Engr. Anyayahan is a Professional Mechanical Engineer.

Engr. Guillermo C. Hernandez

VP for North Luzon Region

Engr. Guillermo C. Hernandez attained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Louis University. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer. He is currently an active consultant for various private engineering corporations. His consultancy includes the design of various mechanical systems of high-rise buildings in Baguio City. He also served as a Marketing Consultant on mining and mill equipment design on water well for the water district. A notable award was bestowed by the late President Corazon Aquino in 1990 for his heroism during the 1990 earthquake.

Engr. Vic Ramon A. Bueno

VP for NCR

Engr. Vic Ramon A. Bueno is known to his friends as “Vic”, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT). His vocational studies include a Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology Major in Heavy Equipment Services and Management and Advance Military Science, Department of Military Science and Tactics which he attained from the same institution. He is also a Six Sigma Greenbelt practitioner whom he received from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

He is currently the Distribution Manager – Philippines of Metso Outotec. Metso Outotec is a frontrunner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, metals refining and recycling industries globally. Metso Outotec’s headquarters is in Helsinki, Finland, and the company employs over 15,000 people in more than 50 countries.

Engr. Cesar R. Ternida

VP for International

Engr. Cesar R. Ternida took his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Nueva Ecija University of Science & Technology (NEUST). He currently completing his Master’s in Business Administration at AMA University and PPA Business School in Paris-France. He is a Certified Project Management Professional PMP from the Project Management Institute USA and a Certified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 QMS in CQI-IRCA UK. Engr. Ternida is an officer and member of the executive committee in 4 clubs of Toastmasters International. He is the Founding Chairman of the Filipino Expatriate of Sepak Takraw Association in Qatar. He is currently engaged as Technical and Marketing Manager of AMTC in the Qatar Branch with over 20 years of technical experience in MEP and HVAC.

Engr. Alan B. Tajanlangit

VP for Internal Affairs

Engr. Alan B. Tajanlangit is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of San Carlos. He also attained his Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the University of the Visayas. Aside from his corporate experience, he is currently a Faculty from the School of Engineering and Technology at the Green Valley College in Koronadal City.

Engr. Alexander V. Listana

VP for External Affairs

Engr. Listana is a graduate of Bicol University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded as the Outstanding Alumni of Bicol University in 2020. He also has a Master’s Degree in Management. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME), a BFP Certified Fire Safety Practitioner, an ASEAN Certified Energy Manager, a Certified Constructor Performance Evaluator granted by DTI CIAP CPES, a holder of PRC licenses in Real Estate Management, a Certified Professional Property Manager granted by Filipino Institute of Real Property Managers and recognized by the Filipino Institute of Real Property Managers. He helms as the Engineering Head for SMC Repairs and Maintenance, Inc. Engr. Listana is an active member, officer and seasoned technical lecturer of various professional engineering organizations.

Engr. Abdullah S. Guinda

National Trustee – Mindanao

Engr. Abdullah S. Guinda is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Notre Dame University. He currently completing his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Mapua University and Master of Public Administration at St. Benedict College. Engr. Guinda also received a Special Award in recognition of being an outstanding and extraordinary contribution to the OFW Professional Community for the success of the 1st Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) in Kuwait. He is currently the Owner of AG Training and Review Center at Cotabato City and Tacurong. He owns a water refilling station and a commercial building in Mindanao.

Engr. Jerome S. Tuquib

Engr. Jerome S. Tuquib is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Cebu Institute of Technology. He is also a Professional Mechanical Engineer. Engr. Tuquib has an extensive experience as Sales Professional.

Engr. Ma. Cleofas O. Maceda

Engr. Ma. Cleofas Oliver Maceda is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at the Divine Word University in Tacloban; graduate of Master of Management in Business Management (MMBM) at the University of the Philippines Tacloban College; graduate of Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (MSEnE) at the University of the Philippines Diliman; and currently a Candidate of Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering (PhD EnE) from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She is a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer and Civil Service Commission Career Civil Service Professional Eligible. Engr Maceda is the 2022 National President of the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc.; 2021 up to present, Vice President of the Water & Wastewater Mechanical Systems Specialists, Inc., ; 2021 National President of the Women Engineer-Preneur Society Inc.; and 2007 & 2008 National President of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME). She is Remtech Europe Ambassador from 2021 to present, an organization of worldwide Environmental Experts and Scientists. She was awarded in 2019, the Inspiring Women Engineer by the Women Engineers Network of the Philippine Technological Council. Engr Maceda has more than 20 years of experience in the environment and sustainability, with both public and private sectors in the areas of competence in Pollution Control Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Soil Remediation, Water and Wastewater Management / Design, Control, Operation and Maintenance, Environmental Systems and Compliance, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Risk Assessment, Circular Economy and Sustainability. Engr Maceda was a Poster and Oral Technical Paper Presenter: 2009 ASEAN Chemical Engineering Conference in Manila; 2020 5th International Conference on Waste Management & Technology, Beijing, China; 2012 Environmental Microbiology Conference, Bologna, Italy; 2014 Water Security Summit, Putrajaya, Malaysia; 14th, 15th & 16th Conference in Environmental Science & Technology, Rhodes, Greece in 2015, 2017 & 2019. Engr Maceda is currently the Chief Country Officer of Young Moon Philippines.
