Engr. Joel A. Mendez, also known by his initials JAM, has earned his bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Xavier University – ATENEO DE CAGAYAN. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) Certified by the ASEAN Monitoring Committee on Engineering Services of the Philippines (AMCESP). He is a Filipino businessman engaged in Mechanical Engineering Design, Installation and Consultancy. He is the Owner and Principal Engineer of MCS Engineering, with various projects in Mall, Commercial Buildings and Healthcare Services for Project Management, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Fire Protection Systems, Interior Fit Out and Renovation. He is the National-Executive Vice President, National-CPD Managing Officer and National Convention Chairman Y2023 of the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc (PSIM). He was the Project Manager of Asian Eye Institute (a Lopez Group Company) for Eye Clinic Project Expansion and was a PME Consultant at St. Luke’s Medical Center at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.
Engr. Roberto E. Sollano is a graduate of the University of Mindanao, Davao City. He is a Consultant to the Bearing Center and Machinery Inc. He is the National Vice President for Mindanao.
Engr. Alan B. Tajanlangit is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of San Carlos. He also attained his Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the University of the Visayas. Aside from his corporate experience, he is currently a Faculty from the School of Engineering and Technology at the Green Valley College in Koronadal City.
Engr. Antonieto P. Flores is a product of the University of San Jose-Recoletos where he got his two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. He attained his Master of Science in Management Engineering at his alma mater as well. He further studied and achieve his degree in Master of Science Teaching, majoring in Mathematics at the University of Cebu. Later on, he got his Doctor in Management, majoring in Human Resources Management at the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Engr. Flores is a Professional Mechanical Engineer who held numerous administrative positions in his alma mater. He held the position of the Dean of the College of Engineering as well. Engr. Flores Engr. Flores is a recipient of various awards such as the Outstanding Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow awardee among others.

Engr. Rowell G. Somido, is an Overseas Filipino Professional for more than 20 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the East – Caloocan Campus where he also worked as College Professor and eventually appointed as M.E Department Chairman.
He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (P.M.E) and a member of various professional organizations i.e ASHRAE, ASME, Saudi Council Of Engineers (SCE), PCEA-KSA, AFPEK, PSVARE, PGBI. and ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations. Engr. Rowell served as the 2014 Chairman of the Philippine Professional Organizations (PPO-CRSA) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and was elected in 2022 as the Charter President of PSIM-KSA Chapter.
His field of specialization is in the Mechanical Design and Project Management of Healthcare Facilities where he is now working as the Mechanical Manager for King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center.
Engr. Moses B. Mabute, Jr is a Professional Mechanical Engineer no. 2371, ASEAN Engineer, MSME (Masters of Science in Management Engineering) at the University of Santo Tomas. A Certified Thermographer at CSI, USA and a Certified Energy Manager at AEMAS Philippines. He has a special training here and abroad under UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) as a Fellow at the National Engineering Center, University of the Philippines, “Establishment of Preventive Maintenance Project in the Philippines Industries”. Management Consultant and Resident Professional Mechanical of Nestle Philippines & Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. He is part-time Assoc. Prof. of NEU & CCP. DPA (Doctor of Public Administration and Governance), 2017 (Cand.) NCPAG (National College of Public Administration and Governance), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
He has worked as a Mechanical Engineer to various companies such as Lepanto Mining Company, Republic Cement Corporation, Hitachi Zosen, AIT Hotel, Sterling Tobacco etc.
He has 40 years of Professional Mechanical Engineering practice since 1978 to the present.

He was also a project presenter of the Environmental Management Accounting program of the United Nations Division for Sustainable Development and received a citation as the Best Practice Recognition from San Miguel Corporation. He also represented Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc at various International fora in Atlanta, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico and the United States. A product of several years of Industrial experience, He now owns JSJ Packaging Services, supplier of food packaging products and continually serve as Engineering Consultant to a major food Packaging company.
